PrecisionMed Pte. Ltd. (“PrecisionMed”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). It applies to this website (precisionmed.sg) and to enquiries you send us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us, such as your name, institution or hospital, role, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interests and the content of your message. When you download our Company Profile we collect your name, work email and institution.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and referral source, through analytics services described in section 6.

2. Purposes

We use personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
• manage our business relationship, including orders, deliveries, installation, training and after-sales service;
• send you information about products and services you have asked about;
• maintain records required for regulatory, export-import and traceability purposes;
• improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

We will seek your consent before using your data for any purpose not listed here, unless the PDPA permits otherwise.

3. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form or contacting us you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@precisionmed.sg. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to your enquiry or fulfil an order.

4. Disclosure

We may disclose personal data to:

• our service providers, such as email delivery, customer relationship management (CRM), hosting and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under contract;
• manufacturers whose products you have enquired about, where necessary to answer technical questions or arrange service;
• professional advisers, regulators and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside Singapore

Our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas we take steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual safeguards.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are anonymised. We may use advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.

7. Protection and retention

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to serve the purposes above and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@precisionmed.sg. We respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests as permitted by law.
