Why PrecisionMed

Built for hospital procurement and clinical teams

Buying ophthalmic equipment means balancing clinical outcomes, budgets, registration and uptime. We organise our whole company around making that decision easier for you.

Ophthalmic Specialists

We are not a generalist distributor with an ophthalmic line. Eye care is all we do, so every recommendation comes from someone who understands refraction, biometry, imaging and surgical workflow and the questions your ophthalmologists will ask.

  • Portfolio limited to ophthalmic equipment and devices
  • Product discussions led by people who know the clinical use case
  • Configurations recommended for your procedures and patient volumes

Complete Clinical Portfolio

From the front-of-clinic examination lane to IOLs, OCT and retinal lasers, our range covers the complete clinical workflow. One trusted partner means one quotation, one set of import documents and one point of contact for service.

  • Seven categories plus accessories across the workflow
  • Bundled orders with consolidated shipping and paperwork
  • Related equipment specified to work together in one lane

Trusted Global Supply Chain

We source from certified manufacturers in Asia and Europe and move every shipment through a fully documented export-import process. Batch and serial traceability runs from manufacturer to your hospital, which is what tenders and audits require.

  • Certified manufacturers with documented quality systems
  • Fully documented export-import through Singapore
  • Traceability at every step: batch, serial and diopter lists

Indonesia Market Expertise

We understand the regulatory pathways and hospital procurement processes in Indonesia, from device registration to e-catalogue and tender documentation. Equipment arrives registered, documented and ready to install.

  • Regulatory pathway and registration support
  • Experience with hospital tender and procurement requirements
  • Local installation, training and after-sales coordination

Which countries do you serve?

Indonesia is our primary market, served from our Singapore headquarters. We also supply Singapore and are expanding to Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines.

Can you help with device registration in Indonesia?

Do you install and train?

Every system is delivered with installation, calibration and user training at handover. We coordinate manufacturer service support for the life of the device.
