Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of precisionmed.sg (the “Site”), operated by PrecisionMed Pte. Ltd. (“PrecisionMed”). By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. Product information

Product descriptions, images and specifications on the Site are provided for general information to healthcare institutions and professionals. Specifications may change without notice and may be marked as pending confirmation from the manufacturer’s data sheet. Product availability and regulatory registration status vary by country; confirm both with us before purchase. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice.

2. Quotations and orders

Content on the Site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Quotations are issued separately and are subject to their own terms, including price validity, lead time, warranty, delivery terms (Incoterms) and payment terms. No contract is formed through the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, graphics and layout are owned by PrecisionMed or used under licence. Product names, logos and images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify their products. You may view and print pages for your institution’s internal evaluation; other reproduction requires written permission.

4. Enquiries and downloads

Information you submit must be accurate and relate to a genuine institutional enquiry. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Downloads such as the Company Profile are provided for evaluation and may not be redistributed commercially.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may embed or link to third-party services such as maps, analytics and messaging platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PrecisionMed excludes all warranties about the Site and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
